Review of ARAMEX INTERNATIONAL COURIER

my son has sent papers in 18th april 2017 via aramex sanaa,yemen. the papers are application for a US collage in order to get acceptence for admission. the dead line is may first and i have been told that the package still in seoun in yemen. today is 26 april, why on earth the package has not been sent even though their are flights twice or three times aweek. please help urgently. the package was sent by my son Ahmed Al-Hanshali
